Sophisticated motor driven blood component separator

Our premium blood separator combines motor-driven plates, an intuitive touchscreen, and an integrated barcode scanner with sensitive sensors to deliver maximum blood product yield with minimal risk. It ensures exceptionally low RBC hemolysis, superior plasma and platelet quality, and outstanding platelet recovery even from low-volume buffy coats such as cord blood application.

Designed as a true time saver, it removes plasma from Top/Top systems in as little as 50 seconds and completes Top/Bottom processes in just 1.5–3 minutes, all while maintaining excellent QC performance. Every feature is engineered to streamline workflows and elevate the consistency of blood product standardization.

Its innovative single-separator within an ergonomic housing provides excellent space efficiency and operator comfort. Highly configurable and compatible with all blood bag types, it offers automatic cannula breaking, secure Wi-Fi/LAN connectivity, and robust remote diagnostics, ensuring advanced, reliable, and future-ready performance.

Automatic Valve Breakers
Automatic valve breakers for all products and adjustable for any blood bag type.
RGB Stopping Sensor
Special RBC stopping sensor, to increase platelet recovery rate.
Lipemic Sensor
Storing Lipemia Index in data base with data export. Used to identify and control Lipemic Plasma.
Illuminated Clamp with tube detection
Provide clear visual feedback on the extraction status and confirm correct tube positioning, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive workflow.
Optical Sensors
4 adaptive optical sensors, for RBC detection (2 Main and 2 safety sensors) for all tube types and all colors of plasma and RBC.
Level Sensors
16 adjustable high-resolution sensors for HCT detection, and Buffy coat monitoring covering whole blood bags.
Documentation Camera
A high-resolution camera captures the centrifuged blood bag, enabling quick and accurate visual assessment of centrifugation quality.
Motor Driven Side Press
Automatically removes residual air from the plasma bag after processing, helping prevent bag damage during freezing.
Precise Balances
Integrated high-accuracy balances continuously monitor bag weights throughout processing to ensure precise, program-controlled separation.
Barcode Scanner
An internal or external barcode reader supporting multiple standards enables fast and reliable identification of blood bags.
